The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
Promotional, promotional and themed goods are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

To send a package through the post office, you need to complete 5 steps:
In the program, click "Create parcel" and select mail in "Departure locations".
Enter all necessary data
Add packaging when creating or pack a parcel
Next to the mail, select the required email address and click "Open cell"
Place the parcel, close the door and confirm loading

When making a purchase online, order delivery to the post office and pay in the mobile application
After receiving a message about the delivery of the parcel, go to the post office
Turn on Bluetooth near the device, select the desired parcel in the program and press "Open Cell"
Take the parcels and close the door of the cell
