Sempertex balloons comply with Resolution 0686 of 2018 of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, Directive 2009/48/EC, Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP) / Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) of the European Union and Portarias 563 of 12/29/2019 and Portaria 118 of 03/06/2015 of Brazil, which regulate the toy safety and conformity of all balloons manufactured, imported and sold in their territories. The tests were carried out in accordance with the international standard EN71-1, EN 71-2, EN 71-3. In addition, we comply with EN 71-9, EN 71-12 standards. These tests analyze MECHANICAL AND PHYSICAL PROPERTIES, FLAMMABILITY, MIGRATION OF PHYSICAL ELEMENTS, ABSENCE OF NITROSAMINE AND HEAVY METALS CONTENT.

These tests are carried out by SGS Institut Fresenius, a demanding and internationally recognized German laboratory whose aim is the reliable application of standardized high-level quality and safety standards. In Colombia, they are performed by SGS Colombia under CRS15125 certificate.
